When purchasing goods with payment by credit card, (at the same time as the conclusion of the order transaction) the reference bank will authorize only the charge of the amount of the purchase made.
In the event of cancellation of the order both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the contract by Bikeasy s.r.l., Bikeasy s.r.l. will require the annulment of the transaction and the reversal of the amount involved. The release times exclusively depend on the banking system and can reach their due date (24^th day from the date of authorization).  Once the transaction has been annulled Bikeasy s.r.l. shall not in any event be held liable for delays and/or damage caused by the banking system.
Bikeasy s.r.l. reserves the right to request the customer additional information or send copies of documents that demonstrate the ownership of the card used. In case the customer does not provide such information and/or copies Bikeasy s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchasing procedure by credit card Bikeasy s.r.l. shall be in a position to know personal information relating to the holder of the card, provided that the information is transmitted directly to the secure site of the bank that manages the transaction. For this reason Bikeasy s.r.l., cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by a third party when paying for products purchased on their site.

When you make a payment by credit card, we use the secure payment system SSL. In fact at the time of confirmation of your order, your credit card data will be transferred, via secure connection in SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer), CartaSi Company interbank services, for the approval and charge. IN NO CASE WE WILL RECEIVE your credit card number. We will only get the authorization provided by the card operator. This procedure is absolutely secure and fully guarantees both the purchaser and the merchant (thus Bikeasy s.r.l.).  The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can in any way read the information sent through the Internet.
